& EULA
Acceptance & Stricter Age Restriction
Compliance: Apple App Store Guideline 1.3 / Google Play Developer Core Terms
By installing, accessing, or using the Global Upper Prayer Rooms (GUPR) application, you unconditionally enter into a legally binding End User License Agreement (EULA) with GUPR Ltd. Due to the real-time, live video and audio nature of our decentralized intercession network, you must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, enter a room, or utilize the platform. GUPR Ltd strictly prohibits usage by any individual under the age of 18. If GUPR Ltd discovers or suspects that an account has been created by a minor, that account, along with all associated virtual allocations, tokens, and data records, will be instantly and permanently terminated without notice or financial liability.
Zero-Tolerance UGC & Community Discipline Policy
Compliance: Apple App Store Guideline 1.2 / Google Play User-Generated Content Policy
GUPR Ltd maintains an absolute, unyielding zero-tolerance policy against hate speech, harassment, explicit content, profane communication, or disruptive behavioral modifications within our digital Sanctuaries or text-based Prayer Boards. As a platform hosting User-Generated Content (UGC), we rely on advanced, automated community-driven moderation systems to safeguard the platform's spiritual integrity without manual human oversight.
User-Generated Content & Zero Tolerance Policy
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Any user found uploading offensive, discriminatory, or illicit content, or harassing other users, will be permanently banned without warning. Users can report content and block abusive users directly within the app. Reported content will be reviewed within 24 hours.
Dual-Timeline Moderation Architecture
GUPR operates two distinct, non-overlapping moderation enforcement systems to protect users without creating administrative latency.
1. Asynchronous Content Timeline (24-Hour SLA).
For any static content posted outside of a live stream — including Prayer Wall text entries, profile custom display handles, or media attachments — users may natively utilize the Report or Block actions. Flagged asynchronous items are immediately dispatched to our database layer for administrative review under a strict 24-hour Service Level Agreement (SLA) window. Confirmed violations result in immediate permanent account deactivation.
2. Synchronous Sanctuary Timeline (“When Two Agree” Protocol).
Live audio/video room environments utilize an automated, decentralized community consensus model to instantly bypass human moderation latency.
The “When Two Agree” Operational Mechanics
In accordance with Matthew 18:19, if exactly two (2) separate participants inside an active live room trigger the “Shift Vibe” action against the same target user within a single session, a binding community consensus is locked. Upon reaching consensus, the backend API forcefully revokes the targeted user's secure infrastructure tokens. The targeted client is forcefully disconnected and ejected from the dRTC WebRTC mesh within 1 second, returning them to the main interface dashboard. No human reviewer monitors, records, or reviews the session before or after this automated action takes effect.
The Progressive Strike Ladder.
Every automated community ejection logs a progressive, non-negotiable strike against the user profile inside the public ledger system: Strike 1 — automated 24-hour lockout restriction from entering or creating any public Upper Room; Strike 2 — automated 7-day lockout restriction from entering or creating any public Upper Room; Strike 3 — automated, permanent ecosystem-wide ban (is_banned = true) and absolute revocation of platform access.In-App Blocking Mechanisms
Block User
Users retain the absolute right to permanently block any individual user at any time. Blocking an actor guarantees that their content will be permanently hidden from your feeds, and they will be barred from entering any future Sanctuary room initiated by your account.
Appeals
Users who believe a strike was issued via malicious collusion may file an appeal by contacting info@globalupperprayerrooms.com.
Micro-Transactions & One-Off Payments
Compliance: Apple Core Commerce Guidelines / Google Play Billing Policy / UK Consumer Law
GUPR allows users to acquire digital consumption items, specifically designated as “Spark Minutes” or other “Glory Glow” cosmetic items. All financial transactions are configured exclusively as one-off, single-purchase digital acquisitions. GUPR Ltd does not operate auto-renewing subscription models.
Consumable Architecture
All Spark Minutes are treated strictly as one-time digital consumables. Purchased balances do not expire, do not have monthly reset intervals, and do not possess rollover constraints. Minutes remain securely assigned to the user profile until they are actively consumed through runtime participation inside the audio/video prayer networks.
Billing Infrastructure & Financial Disclosures
All payments are parsed, cleared, and managed securely through our Subscription Management Layer in direct conjunction with native Apple App Store and Google Play Store billing systems. GUPR Ltd servers never receive, store, or process primary payment instrument identifiers, credit card digits, or debit card numbers. All sales are final. Refunds are processed strictly in accordance with Apple and Google merchant operational profiles or as required under the legislative parameters of UK Consumer Law.
Virtual Currency & Digital Goods Policy
Compliance: Apple Guideline 3.1.1 / Google Play Payments Center
Virtual digital allocations (Spark Minutes, Glory Glow features, or Digital Candles) represent licensed digital utilities, not private property. They hold zero real-world fiat valuation, cannot be redeemed or traded for physical money or cash instruments, and cannot be transferred, sold, or bartered between users outside of the explicit structural mechanisms of the application.
GUPR Ltd retains the absolute right to modify, adjust, regulate, or eliminate digital items at its sole discretion. If an account is terminated due to a verified breach of our Zero-Tolerance UGC Policy or an 18+ age gate circumvention, all remaining virtual balances assigned to that account are permanently forfeit without financial compensation or recovery rights.
“As-Is” Provision & Third-Party Outages
Compliance: UK Consumer Rights Act / Platform Distribution Standards
The GUPR platform is provided entirely on an “AS-IS” and “AS-AVAILABLE” structural foundation. While we leverage cloud architecture tiers (our Cloud Edge Hosting Provider and Cloud Database Processor), GUPR Ltd does not guarantee uninterrupted, latency-free, or 100% stable execution. GUPR Ltd assumes zero legal liability for dropped real-time audio/video connections, cellular or broadband packet failures, internet routing latency, or third-party enterprise infrastructure downtimes, including but not limited to dRTC network anomalies arising from our Real-Time Media Infrastructure Provider.
Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
Compliance: Laws of England and Wales / Standard Platform EULA
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales, GUPR Ltd shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of digital items, or psychological distress resulting from platform interactions or unauthorized server access.
You explicitly acknowledge that this EULA is executed solely between the end-user and GUPR Ltd. Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not parties to this agreement, owe no maintenance or technical support services toward the application, and assume no liability whatsoever regarding claims of platform performance, intellectual property, or regulatory compliance.
Hardware Access, Background Audio & Bandwidth Limits
Compliance: Android Background Service Limits / Google Device Abuse Policy
Runtime Camera & Microphone Assertions
To facilitate real-time intercession, the application natively requests runtime access to your device's Camera and Microphone units. To prevent accidental battery drain or background ambient eavesdropping, video processing frames are completely terminated the moment the application visibility state changes.
Foreground Audio Service Disclosure
To ensure that global prayer chains remain unbroken, the application utilizes an active Android Foreground Service to maintain real-time audio stream connections when the application is minimized or the device screen is locked during an active session. When active, a persistent notification badge is displayed in the system tray indicating that GUPR is using the Microphone resource for live communication.
The Low-Data Mandate
To insulate users from volatile cellular data overages, GUPR provides a mandatory “Audio-Only” hardware lock. Activating this lock immediately cuts the incoming and outgoing real-time video tracks routed through our Real-Time Media Infrastructure Provider, safely reducing data transmission metrics down to pure audio streams.
DMCA & Intellectual Property (Safe Harbor)
Compliance: 17 U.S.C. § 512 / Google Play Intellectual Property Protocol
GUPR Ltd explicitly claims Safe Harbor status regarding live communication content. We do not pre-screen, monitor, record, or filter real-time audio/video tracks for copyrighted media or intellectual property. Users carry absolute legal liability for any audio or visual assets broadcast through their device.
